K-12 decoded: designing Information Literacy Program for the K-12 Curriculum

Dear Colleagues,

Greetings!

As the school continues to adapt to another challenge geared towards academic excellence, which is the implementation of the new K-12 curriculum, the De La Salle Santiago Zobel School – Learning Resource Center (DLSZ-LRC) believes that libraries and librarians play a vital role in the promotion, execution and eventually, the success of this framework.

The DLSZ-LRC believes that alongside the innovation, recentness and up-to-datedness of facilities and equipment of the center, improvement of the professional competencies of each librarian and library
personnel should also come at hand.

The DLSZ-LRC would like to invite you to a half-day seminar entitled: “K-12 decoded: designing Information Literacy Program for the K-12 curriculum” on November 13, 2012, 8:00am – 12:00
